  • The Hope Gala with major industry sponsors - informing the healthcare industry, Hope awards presented to Amgen and Akcea for their work to find a therapy for high Lp(a). First Lipoprotein museum exhibit opened at Museum of Surgical Science in Chicago, IL featuring Lp(a).





  • ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes for Elevated Lipoprotein(a) and Family History of Elevated Lipoprotein(a) - The codes monitor of the incidence and prevalence of diseases, observing reimbursements and resource allocation trends, and keeping track of safety and quality guidelines. They also include the counting of deaths as well as diseases, injuries, symptoms, reasons for encounter, factors that influence health status, and external causes of disease.
